This page is maintained by Timoneiro Lda to explain how we handle the personal data you share through this website. Timoneiro Lda is the data controller.
What we collect
When you submit the demo request form we store the name, work email, company and message you provide, the language you used the site in, your consent choices and the time they were given. We do not collect anything else through this website.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your request, send you a confirmation and status updates about it, and — only if you tick the optional box — to send occasional product updates. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in European Union datacentres. Access is limited to the Timoneiro team members handling your request.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing done before it. You may also complain to your national data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).
